Inspired by the ancient vestiges of the noble palace, the Salottino serves as the unifying element of the entire building, thanks to its skillfully decorated vaults and carefully selected furnishings.
Accessible via the original early 20th-century staircase or the modern panoramic glass lift, it offers a 180° view of the Sasso Barisano and the imposing Cathedral, set against the green backdrop of the Murgia Materana Park. It is a place to meet and share experiences but also the perfect spot to relax after a long day, watching the sun set over the Sassi.

The search for genuine ingredients and care in the selection of raw materials are at the basis of the choice of products offered. For this reason we prefer typical and organic products, purchased from local producers, preferring those with a specific focus on eco-sustainable production.
